John Sanchez – CoFounder and President

Both a highly successful financial management expert and a true business idealist, John has more than 20 years of experience creating winning strategies for business owners and investment savvy individuals. He began working in the financial services industry as a bank branch manager before starting his own business with his father and brother in 1996. Together, the Sanchez family incorporated International Capital Management Inc. and proceeded to build a multi-million dollar financial planning practice while also managing their own investment fund dealer.

John’s extensive business experience stems from not only running and operating their own business but also working with and helping many other business owners with their financial planning. In addition to having more than 20 years of business experience and successfully fulfilling the role of President of International Capital Management Inc., John has also been appointed to sit on the board of directors of several companies and has been instrumental in building their long term success.

John considers himself a student of success and is continually studying the components to build success as an entrepreneur and business owner. He is a great believer in self development and building wealth consciousness and he has read hundreds of books in this area. It is his wish to help small and medium size enterprises thrive and grow by sharing his expertise through the BOSS NETWORK. John is a CFP and hold his BA from the University Western Ontario.

Javier A. Sanchez, CFP – CoFounder and Vice President

Javier Sanchez has worked in the financial industry for more than 13 years and currently manages more than 70 million dollars in assets for high net worth investors and families. Throughout his many years as an advisor in the financial sector, he has spent much of his time educating the community as a teaching instructor both at the Toronto District School Board and the Toronto Separate School Board. With his respected background, deep investment knowledge and dynamic teaching skills, his classes have been very successful in educating adult students on a wide range of financial topics. As a husband and father, Javier deeply understands the importance of having a complete holistic financial plan. Driven by a real passion for helping people, Javier plans on continuing his life-based financial practice and continuing to make a difference in the success of individuals and business owners for years to come. Javier Sanchez received his CFP (certified financial planner) designation in 1999 from Financial Planners Standards Council.
